classic winter wedding elegance in an urban rustic venue
Kari and Ryan have a cool story! Apparently, Kari lived in Atlanta a few years ago, and Ryan came in to town to visit some friends. Kari saw him on a dating app, where his description joked about being Ryan Gossling’s doppleganger. She felt intrigued (because it is kinda true, right?) and they matched. Ryan had never met up with anyone from that dating app before, but when he saw Kari’s profile, things were different. They brought some friends to hang out and hit it off. Thus began this destined long-distance romance. Fast forward to now, years later, Ryan moved to be with Kari in Atlanta and they just got married!
Kari and Ryan went for a very classic winter wedding. Kari wore a glamorous fur stole over her shoulders, and they opted for classic colors of winter white for their flowers. They had an indoor ceremony and reception in a cozy, urban rustic venue in downtown Asheville called, well, The Venue. There were all sorts of glowing candles and elegant touches. I particularly loved their glow stick exit afterward. This group loved to dance and have a good time, and it was a lot of fun. Kari even sang along on a microphone for some of the songs, which is apparently one of her many talents.
